Since 2008, he has taught high school and college Spanish, including AP Spanish and Spanish for Spanish Speakers, guiding learners to fluency and cultural appreciation. Holding a California Teaching Credential and a Master’s degree in Spanish, Señor Scutt blends academic excellence with a dynamic teaching approach.
As a young foreign exchange student in Mexico and Central America, Señor Scutt achieved native-like fluency, igniting a passion for Spanish-speaking cultures. This inspires his engaging, story-based lessons emphasizing comprehensible input through storytelling, games, and cultural exploration. Mariana is a vibrant educator at Naturalengua, bringing her native fluency and cultural expertise from Medellín, Colombia to inspire students worldwide. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and extensive experience working with diverse populations in her hometown, Mariana deeply understands how to connect with learners of all backgrounds. Her authentic Colombian perspective enriches every class, making Spanish come alive.
As a native Spanish speaker, Mariana teaches with unparalleled fluency, using comprehensible input and storytelling to create engaging, accessible lessons. Drawing on the Voces Digital curriculum, she weaves captivating stories and interactive activities that spark a love for Spanish and Colombian culture in kids, teens and adults.
